We now do it once a month! It’s all about just doing nice things for the simple reason of being nice. Too many religious people do things to market and this isn’t it. There is NO return, NO advertising, NO proselytizing (sp?)or anything else consumeristic. It’s simply kindness for kindness sake. We take a whole Saturday and do service from handing out bottles of water to handing out balloons for free, and ending by doing a recreational camp in the inner city of Washington, DC. It’s all done with open hands and freely. We give away tons, we build community, we make people smile and the cost is all ours. I LOVE this stuff! I highly recommend it. Anyone can join.
