Story Behind the Song:
Of course, you should all know the story behind the song. And that story and song inspired me to redo it today. Growing up in the Baptist Church gave me a wealth of hymns to pull from. It Is Well is by far one of my favorite hymns in the universe. Having been through the trials I have been through in life and ministry, this song has always given me comfort.
