Story Behind the Song:
Patrick Kim, Laura Han (friends from the Tapestry) and I were hanging out in “the Upper Room,” (a room at the house, which interestingly enough, we call “the Sanctuary”) after a LIFE Group meeting. They were playing chess and I had the guitar out playing. I started to say that I thought I could write a song to the basics of the Lord’s Prayer. I thought it would be neat to have a song that people sang and in a new way, prayed the prayer that Jesus gave us as a model of Kingdom Praying. So, as they played, I wrote. Within a few minutes, the song was nearly finished! Fun stuff!
