System Updates
I hope and pray your weeks have been blessed, your lives are enriched and that you are finding yourselves more loved, cared for and encouraged today than you were yesterday! With that said, here are some great opportunities to join in on the fun at the Tapestry. Please bare with us as we are continuing to better format our communications system and prtocols. Our calendar is being updated and we are coordinating four parts of our system.

4. Mailouts (We are attempting to be enviro-friendly, so we will only send these paper updates to our contact list and NOT mass mailing).
All three of these will be used together to make sure that everyone better knows about our events and we are better able to prepare.
We have hired staff that support and create youth ministry, children’s ministry and Tapestry events. We will soon have a page at: staff.tapestrychurch.net for you to meet them. They NEED your support. So, if you would like to be involved with any of these ministries, please let us know so we can invite you to our trainings and events!
Our Upcoming Events!
So, with that said, here are our upcoming events.
This Saturday, September 1 at 10am is the Duck Derby Preparation.
We are joining in on the Montgomery County Hospice’s Duck Derby, Sunday, September 30, 2007 and will be
selling our crafts and creations to support the Tapestry Reserve. If you can create, or want to help this Saturday to plan, we are getting together at 10am to plan and create. Think of it as GSF for crafts! Meet at my house.
Also, this Saturday, we will have…
First Huge Tapestry Game Night (Saturday, Sept. 1)
It will be at Jack and Jeanne’s and will be TONS a FUN! It starts at 6pm! If you are interested and have not received the evite, email us at connect@tapestrychurch.org for more information!
Saturday, Sept. 29, we have two BIG events!
1. White Water Rafting – This event is for the young and adventurous or those of us without young kids.
2. Hershey Park – This will be for ALL ages and more of an all family event.

Lastly, we are heading into a BIG fund-raising season for the Tapestry Reserve. If you know anyone who would like to be a part of it in any way, please let us know as we plan a 5k run, a golf tournament, a car show and craft sales.
