He is referring to Wayne as “The Stomach Ache People,” becuase Wayne was having some procedures done. This is indicative of a usual PaPaw message or note. He was and is known as, “The Monroe Bandit!” Disregard the beginning because the answering machine makes a buzz before the recording starts.
