Lori and I just received our counter offer on the house we have been looking for. As of 10 minutes ago I faxed off the ratified contract
Now we wait for the lender to approve which the listing agent said was not a problem. Once that is finished, we go through and check the house and inspect then the contract stands! We have just bought a house.
So, now we wait as life pans out and pray for God’s timing and for the finish.
