This is a really telling article and though very harsh it seems, has some truth underneath. I am adding it here because I think that the statements, thoughts and questions should be answered. Lori and I are entering that phase in economic independence and life where we have more than some, however, we have ALWAYS redistributed most of what we have and over and over I have proven that I am a generous person both with starting a church out of my own pocket and with investing in micro-finance, missions, outreach and community services both with time and money over more than a decade. It makes me a little cautious when I hear that the day may come where someone else takes those funds and redistribute them for me. Maybe we should be careful to see if the people we are choosing also work 70 hour weeks once in a while or at least 40 hours.
I don’t know, just thoughts. What do you guys think?
