The average rate on 30-year fixed-rate mortgages fell for the ninth week in a row this week, setting another record low, according to Freddie Mac’s weekly survey released on Wednesday.
——————————–
The national average low for a 30 year fixed was: 5.10%. I am adding this because I wanted to share how the LORD blessed Lori and I. We were able to lock our rate in at: 5% with -.422, which means we got money back. We will actually be paid at closing for our loan rather than having to pay the origination fees etc. It was an error that our lender was able to catch for our advantge!
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! All I have to say is PRAISE GOD!
This is all very cool. We could NEVER have planned for any of this to happen. It is absolutely GOD’s answer through small miracles.
