· Thursday, October 13 (Intro to MyPlate, meal planning and recipe resources)
· Thursday, October 27 (How to save on produce—fruits and veggies)
· Thursday, November 10 (How to buy in bulk—food storage safety)
· Thursday, December 1 (How to read food labels)
· Thursday, December 8 or Thursday, December 15 (Holiday fellowship time!)
