Hey friends! We are wrapping up our Kindergarten homeschool school year and I wanted to share a favorite curriculum of mine – Around the World with Picture Books Part 1 from Beautiful Feet Books! It is a literature based, charlotte mason flavored approach to teaching world history, geography and culture to your children. I/we have LOVED it! We only completed 5 countries out of this book so far, we have been taking our time but we have learned so much and enjoyed out time together talking about other cultures and looking at maps! My kids are so eager to listen to the stories and look at the pictures of carefully picked books that teach about different cultures, countries and continents!
So far this year we studied China, Japan, Antarctica, Egypt, Tanzania and Kenya!
