I gave up a closet in our old house in 2009 that was in one of the bedrooms and enclosed it, made a crawl in area through my own closet and made a sacred space for GOD. This was in 2009 at Delancy Drive. It has been a very high value to me to have a prayer closet in every place where I have lived. I will trade the value of a property to have a place for GOD. Our value is not in the house resale value but in the nearness of the Presence of GOD.
