Dustin takes a little time to talk about the personality of pastors today and the Biblical heartbeat of a pastor. There is a real issue with the ego-centric megalomaniac that often controls the pulpit in churches. Is this what ministry is supposed to look like? Well, it doesn’t matter much anyways. If we don’t change our trajectory, we are going to end up in a post Christian America and arguably, we are already there and we got there honest!
